What are the system requirements for Klanghelm plugins?

What kind of copy-protection is used by Klanghelm plugins?

None. I hate copy protection. I've suffered from it in the past. I've lost countless hours because of copy protection. I believe copy protection only punishes the honest customers, because the software gets cracked anyway. I simply refuse to waste my resources on copy protection schemes. Instead, I want to spend my time  supporting existing products, improving them and developing new plugins.

I believe in a world of trust and copy protection has got nothing to do with that.


Do you offer demo versions?

No. At least for now. Because it takes time to create demos and it takes time to maintain them. I want to focus on the actual product, spend my time on supporting that. Keep in mind, I offer my plugins at extremely affordable prices. One reason I can keep Klanghelm prices low is by refraining from putting my time into demo versions.


How do I purchase Klanghelm plugins?

Simply click the BUY button next to the product you want to purchase. Your payment is securely processed by our partner 2Checkout (https://www.2checkout.com).  After you're payment is completed, you'll receive a dowload link from 2checkout.

If you're a new Klanghelm customer, you'll also receive an email from Klanghelm with your login-details for the Klanghelm User Area. In the User Area, you'll always find the latest versions of your purchased Klanghelm plugins for download. If you don't receive anything within the next hour after your payment is completed, please send me an email and I'll get it sorted ASAP.

If you already have a Klanghelm User Account, newly purchased plugins are added automatically to your account. Make sure, that you provide the email address that matches your Klanghelm Account during checkout.


I didn't receive my password. What now?

Please make sure that any email from sales@klanghelm.com doesn't sleep in your spam folder. If it still isn't there after 24 hours after you made your purchase, drop me a line to support@klanghelm.com.


Hmm, the password you sent me doesn't seem to work. What can I do?

Email me at support@klanghelm.com. Be sure, I'll get it sorted.
